 Jim
MacDonald
Managing Director.
Jim is normally out measuring stores, talking with retailers
in the stores or sitting behind the screen of his computer
planning layouts to ensure that the customer's wishlist and
idea's will work in reality. He also heads up the team organising
work schedules, apprentice training and making sure that what
Mactra promises to do happens not only on time but is to the
highest standard.
 Ann
MacDonald
Director & Company Secretary
Ann is Mactra's financial controller. An AAT qualified accounts
technician, she runs the sales and bought ledger. She also
doubles up as the person that most customers are likely to
meet if they pop in to buy some shopfittings from our premises
in Worle. There was a time when she didnt know a shelf from
a backpanel, but now not only does she know the price now
but also what it cost us to buy it!
 Trevor
Churchill
Director
Trevor has been designing and managing store refits for the
last 34 years. What he doesnt know about how a shop works
is just not worth knowing. Specialising in Chemists, Post
Offices and Village convenience stores he freely gives retailers
the benefit of his vast accumulated knowledge.
 Keith
Davies
Foreman
Keith heads up the shopfitting team. There seems to be nothing
that he cant lend his hand to. Shop refits carried out when
stores are trading, present a challange to any shopfitter.
Unexpected changes to the original plan are all dealt with
as required. The most important aspect of Keith's approach
to the job is that the customer is happy during and at the
end of a refit. Keith looks after the onsite training of apprentices
and liases with the Construction Industry Training Board with
who Mactra are registered.
 Clive
Griffiths
Final Year Apprentice
Clive has just completed the third year of his Carpentry apprenticeship.
Clive joined Mactra straight from school and has become a
valuable team member.
Craig Withers
First Year Apprentice
Craig joined Mactra from school last year and has just finished
his first year carpentry apprenticeship on a two day a week
release cheme.
