Mactra Marine are authorised dealers in the UK for Aries windvane steering gears. The original Aries was invented and developed by Nick Franklin in 1968. The product moved to Denmark in 1994 and has been manufactured since by Peter Matthiesen. Over 11,000 Aries windvane gears have been sold. How do I go about ordering my Aries Windvane?
In the first instance give us a call on 01934 517288 or drop us an e-mail to info@mactrashop.co.uk with the make and model of your boat and whether its wheel or tiller steering. An initial photo of the transom will be helpful along with any obstacles such as mizzen mast or gantry. If we need anything more we will let you know.

As with all of our products, the cost of your Aries Windvane will not appear on these pages. We find that because of the very specialist nature of the equipment that we sell, listing a 'price' can be misleading and false. We aim to be very competitive and offer good value for money with first class service back up.
